Return Policy

We want every Ventuno piece to meet the highest expectations. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• The bag must be in its original condition, including all accessories, dust bag, and packaging.
• Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

• Contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return.
• You will receive detailed instructions and a return label (if applicable to your region).
• Returns must be shipped back within 7 days after receiving approval.

Refunds

• Once the item has been inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after the item arrives at our facility.

Exchanges

• At this time, direct exchanges are not offered.
• If you want another item, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.

Important Notes

• Ventuno cannot accept returns of used, damaged, or incomplete items.
• We recommend using the provided packaging to ensure the bag is protected during transit.
• For international orders, customs duties paid by Ventuno are not charged back to you when returning.
