HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange items under the following conditions:

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
  • The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
  • The item must not be used, worn, washed, or altered
  • The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

2. Refund or Exchange

Please contact us via email to request a return label and indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
  • We will provide you with a return shipping label
  • The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount
  • For exchanges, an additional shipping fee applies for the new item, payable via credit card

3. Shipping Instructions

Once you have received your return label, please pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Affix the label and drop the parcel off at any DHL location. Send returns to:

4. Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued within 15 business days
  • The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Please note: your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund
