You may request a cancellation or modification of your pre-order within 4 days of placing the order by contacting us at support@twentyone-clo.com. After this 4-day period, production will begin, and the order cannot be changed or canceled.
Returns are not accepted for pre-ordered items, but exchanges are possible if the item is defective, damaged, or the size is incorrect.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. After the 4-day window, pre-orders are final, and refunds or changes are not possible.
